TLR Teacher (Communication, Language and Literacy)

Permanent TLR Teacher with whole school responsibility for Communication, Language and Literacy

We wish to appoint an outstanding teacher with a passion for literacy to join our school.  The successful candidate will lead communication, language and literacy throughout school and also have responsibility as a phase leader to support teaching and learning across two year groups.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• is an outstanding classroom practitioner
• is able to lead and improve standards across school in oracy, phonics, reading and writing
• has effective skills to support and develop a team of staff
• can demonstrate the ability to accelerate children’s learning
• committed to achieving high standards in all aspects of school life
• committed to inclusion, enjoys a challenge and has a good sense of humour
