We are seeking a Trainer Assessor with an understanding of the skills required in the leadership and management of practice to join our current Health & Social Care Team.

You will need to have worked as part of a wider health and social care team and have had direct contact with patients, clients and service users in providing high quality and compassionate care services. The role will also focus on consolidation of learning and embedding consistent good practice in core areas, in addition to the development of additional student knowledge and skills within the sector.

You will be confident in developing and delivering a curriculum that meets the needs of employers and employees in the Health & Care sector. You will also be quality driven, student focused and enthusiastic in order to deliver bespoke training and assessment to a wide range of sector specific customers.

Candidates must have a minimum of Level 4 relevant Health, Social Care or Management qualification, an assessor qualification and substantial experience of managing and leading teams in the sector. You will also have knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing and quality assuring vocational programmes. The successful candidate will be a flexible, proactive problem solver with excellent customer focused team management, IT and report writing skills.

An understanding and knowledge of the environment of health, experience of core clinical skills, knowledge, values and behaviours are desirable.
