Landau Forte is a highly successful and heavily oversubscribed 11 - 19 College with a strong record of success across all aspects of its work. In May 2014 we were accredited as a School Centre for Teacher Training by the National College for Teaching and Leadership. In February 2015 we were designated as a Teaching School and the College is a local, regional and national hub for professional development.

The person we are seeking will be:
- A newly qualified or experienced and creative teacher of Science seeking a new opportunity
- Able to work on his or her own initiative, be reliable and trustworthy
- Intelligent and clear thinking with a broad and in-depth understanding of the Science curriculum
- An achiever with a strong track record of teaching and learning with the ability to teach Science across the age group; (our current provision includes GCSE, AS and A2 Level courses)
- Able to demonstrate effective communication skills
- Committed to the broader education of young people
- Able to work successfully as part of a highly effective team
- Possessing excellent personal organisational skills and be a proactive, forward thinker
