UPPER SCHOOL PART-TIME TEACHER OF ART - Key Stages 3 to 5

This is a part-time position with a teaching commitment equivalent to 0.7 of a full timetable.

We seek an experienced, flexible and well-qualified professional who combines creative energy with the highest teaching standards. Above all we seek a real commitment to academic excellence.

Art is taught in Key Stage 3, at IGCSE and IB Diploma levels. The successful candidate will be expected to play an important role in the teaching of curriculum Art and play an active role in whole-school curriculum development.  Previous experience of teaching Art within the National Curriculum for England and Wales is expected while knowledge and experience of the IB Diploma is desirable. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the co-curricular programme.
