An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vice Principal at St John’s Marlborough, on a permanent, full-time contract.  We are a high performing academy and a key member of the highly effective Excalibur Academies Trust. The academy is judged as Outstanding in all areas, and it has exceptional facilities in a state-of-the-art teaching environment. We are a Leading Challenge Partners School that specializes in innovative approaches to teaching and learning and we lead our own Teaching School.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will provide inspiring leadership to help achieve excellence in terms of students’ behaviours attitudes and personal development. You will be responsible for safeguarding, culture and inclusion as well as playing a crucial role in the strategic leadership of the school. In addition, you will support the development and profile of high cultural capital across the school. Your contribution will strategically support St John’s to give every student the highest quality education and promote the highest possible standards of achievement and well-being.
