Maternity Cover for two terms in the first instance

Kings Avenue School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and innovative leader to work with our Leadership team, staff, children and parents to continue to raise standards and promote outstanding teaching and learning.

The Successful Candidate will:

• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner delivering high standards of attainment and achievement.
• A clear understanding of how to analyse data in order to identify strengths and areas for development.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have the experience, vision and confidence to lead, enthuse and inspire all children, staff, parents and governors.
• Have the ability to develop teachers’ skills through coaching and mentoring.
• Have a commitment to inclusive education.
