In this key role you will be responsible for leading a significant proportion of the College’s curriculum portfolio and will work as part of a collaborative team to enable us to develop and grow. You will be actively initiating and developing strategies to maximise performance of our students, staff and the College as a whole. You will play a key role in helping the College respond to and manage dynamic organisational change brought about by the need to respond to challenges in the sector whilst driving forward innovation to allow the College to achieve its Vision for 2020.

We recognise that as a senior leader, you will also need support and challenge so that you can grow and develop. We have a good track record of developing and aiding progression of our senior leaders and are committed to helping you achieve your ultimate career aspiration, be it Principal or CEO!
