Our reception classes will be the first children to start Year 1 in September 2015. They need a creative Yr 1 teacher who can lead them to outstanding success. If you are this person, then don’t hesitate, we want to hear from you!

The governors of this recently opened All-Through School wish to appoint a positive and dynamic teacher with vigour who can contribute to building an outstanding school as we grow from infants to a full primary phase. TLR’s are available for the right candidate who can demonstrate experience of leading and developing a subject area. This post would also suit newly qualified teachers.

We are currently located in new and well-resourced temporary premises. The Infant and Primary Phases will move into a brand new building from September 2016 which will also include a nursery.

As an ‘Outstanding’ All - Through School we can offer you:

  • Outstanding subject leaders and specialists.
  • A well-resourced school committed to subject growth.
  • CPD tailor made to enhance your career opportunities.
  • A very supportive Head of Infants, Senior Leadership Team, Trust Partners and Governors.
  • Extremely helpful and enthusiastic parents.
  • A highly committed and hardworking team of teachers and support staff
  • Happy, motivated, creative children who have no limits to their potential.
  • Excellent transport links to Central and East London.
  • An opportunity to inspire and be part of the development of an aspirational All-Through school.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Outstanding and creative teaching in KS1.
  • Creativity to deliver a new curriculum in YR1.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Evidence of involvement in successful school initiatives.
  • Some experience of analysing pupil outcomes and data.
  • The ability to meet all the teaching standards.
  • Evidence of strong subject leadership knowledge and understanding.
  • Previous experience of developing and delivering inset.
  • The ability to lead, develop and grow within KS1.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Enthusiasm, perseverance and a good sense of humour.

Visits to the school are highly encouraged as the Head of Infants would like to meet you in person so you can have a tour of the school. You will also have the chance to meet our delightful children and staff. Should you wish to visit please call the school directly to arrange a visit.
