This is a non-teaching post dedicated to encouraging our students and to ensure that they flourish in school. You will have a flexible skill set, a sense of commitment to support young people combined with patience and a sense of empathy.

Our staff will engage in high quality Continuous Professional Development at both school and Trust level and all staff have access to our supportive well-being package.
