In September five of our year groups will be four form entry and the governors are seeking to appoint an individual to lead one of these year teams. As a year leader you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of your year group team including taking responsibility for standards across the year group and for teaching and learning. You will ensure the implementation of the school improvement plan and be part of the middle management team.
