I started as a secondary school English teacher in '92 and then converted to primary in 98/99. My longest job was 8 years in a very difficult inner-city school in Leeds. The best thing I did was a 1-1 English Tutor at Allerton High School but this did not continue due to lack of funding. I am on various supply registers and have been doing some private enterprise work but I am interested in finding a job which suits my current family situation. I am keeping busy with school runs and kid's activities; housework and dodging our bad-tempered cat and caring for an overworked husband!! My ambition is to travel around America and set up home anywhere by the sea! I enjoy music, dance, t.v., painting, swimming and socialising. But I don't get enough of any of this amidst the cooking, cleaning, washing and grocery shopping of everyday life! Ah well. Thanks for reading this. Bye.
