After qualifying as a primary school teacher in 1987 I've taught at various levels of education including adult basic skills, further and higher education as well as teaching in nurseries and schools up to secondary level. For the past 15 years I have been a private tutor and ran my own private tuition company in the Hull area, and for the past 5 years have worked as a supply teacher.
