I used to stick this into pupils books/assessments, for them to reflect on the TIPs that were given on the formally assessed task. The teacher fills in the first part about how they achieved the given grade, and pupils then set targets on how to meet their TIPs. This can then be reflected in your planning for progression, and in their work produced. This process was awarded a Good with Outstanding category with OFSTED.
