This set of resources allows students to develop their own restaurant whilst understanding the vocational nature of the industry in line with the WJEC level 1/2 Hospitality and Catering specification. This is aimed at (and I have used for years 8 and 9) however could be used for Y10. There are 10 lessons, each with a worksheet and lesson PowerPoint with 3 or 4 tasks each lesson. You could record a video to explain further if you wish but these resources are sufficient for students to complete tasks independently.
