Learning objectives of this lesson plan are: To understand the framework of the Global Goals for Sustainable Development. To gain better understanding and awareness of one global topic, gender equality, to model more effective and active global citizenship. To apply local statistics to an action that contributes to the achievement of the Global Goals. To gather, process, calculate, interpret, analyse and apply data for practical application in a real-life context and compare these against a predicted outcome.

My lesson plan is focused on creating an awareness of child rights and all types of abuse a child might face and will have to stand against all types of child abuse through participating in a campaign to help children in the world..

This is one lesson from an ongoing project that would allow children to work collaboratively with children around the world to monitor, compare, discuss and reduce waste.
