Fitness Bingo! 20 Bingo Cards in total – each one different to the next. 16 Exercises – no equipment needed! A5 size. Can be printed off and drawn on or laminated. If you have access to equipment you could amend the exercise list or make the exercises last a different time to make it easier/harder. Instructions: Call out an exercise one at a time from the list below (and tick it off so you know you have called it). If a student has that exercise on their card they complete that task (e.g. “30 sec plank). Once complete they can tick it off/circle it. Aiming to get 1 line across to win, then 2 lines full and then a full house.
