This has been timed to coincide with Thanks to You by Tyler Collins (widely available for download). They are the lyrics being sung, with (hopefully) relevant pictures.

I used this with Howard Jones' 'What is Love?' as backing music for assemblies. The 'philia' pictures are groups from my school and should be replaced with those relevant to yours. Also, replace the 'Passion of the Christ' pic if it's too graphic. Finally, I followed it with a clip from 'Ice Age' where Manny sees the cave painting depicting his family hunted by humans. Useful, if you can access it.

This slideshow is timed exactly to reflect the lyrics of Billy Joel's 'Goodnight Saigon' for KS4 USA and Vietnam. I have no copyright for the song, so download it as an mp3 file, then use 'insert sound' from Powerpoint and slides should move nicely with the words. p.s., I know that some pics are not contemporaneous - allow artistic licence, please.
