Seems something has happened to Teacher TV, the website does not reference the videos vimeo still has them but makes them tough to play, and the player seems broken. However, if you can find all 6 (I think its 6, not found others) videos on Space and Stars and RedShift and Big Bang and Telescopes ... you can download them from vimeo at HD720p .. and play them using VLC. Phew! ... super set of Resources, thank heaven nobody wants money for them. ..

You could also try explaining redshift and blueshift to the students by conventional methods, then split them into groups to see if they can come up with their own way of demonstrating the effect (hopefully similar to this!). Give them the basics from this video (tell them they can use the yard, that they will need to use a stopwatch, and that they themselves should represent the peaks of waves) and see if they can figure it out on their own!
