This 10-15 minute assembly is based on the yearly ranking of the ‘Happiest country in the world’ which is currently Finland and the concept of ‘Hygge’ - a cultural concept of coziness and relaxation adpoted by Scandanavian countries.
‘Hygge’ aims to promote a positive mind set and the importance of taking time to appreciate friends and family.
