18 question and answer cards about vegetable oils and emulsions based on the specification statements for AQA Core Science Sept 2014. Good for revision or new learning, with higher and middle ability classes.
Quiz quiz trade game (Kagan): All students have a card. Students pair up with a high five. Each student reads the question while the other answers. Students trade cards then find a new partner. I am using this as new learning at the start of the topic. They'll then use their ideas to answer a past paper question on veg oils and emulsions.
