Sheets for practising four figure grid references, students colour in the squares to make a picture. Range of different sheets (Heart- H, Person- P, Flower- T, Smiley face- S, Car- C). Might be worth trying it out first as I haven't had chance to check it yet- sorry for any mistakes!

Great concept, but the grid references on the vertical are upside down, as such I'm afraid I'd consider this resource harmful to understanding of the concept unfortunately. Really should be the other way as it would then be in line with map reading and also graphs.
