Peer assessment.
Whilst one pupil is cooking, their partner is observing and assessing them in detail.
They will comment on such things as:-
Organisation, safety, hygiene, use of time, managing the cooker, skill level and confidence, managing the sink, packing away correctly etc
It is an ideal worksheet to have ready if anyone forgets their ingredients.
