The PowerPoint highlights all the muscles, bones and joint movements needed for the new AS PE spec. It also gives sporting examples.
The worksheet is designed to get the students to think about which muscles are being used and to begin to think about new terms such as fixator, synergist etc., I have completed the 1st section on the Shoulder region and then will ask the students to use as a template to complete the other 6 sections that they need to know.
