Boy in the Striped Pyjamas SOW

This is a complete KS3 SOW, containing around twenty complete lessons, for The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. Each lesson contains a recall starter, main tasks and a plenary. Modelling and self and peer assessment opportunities are embedded throughout, especially for the longer writing tasks.

The SOW is designed with the Eduquas specification in mind, with tasks gearing towards AO1, AO2 and AO4 style questions. However, the key skills of language analysis, comparison and transactional writing would suit other exam boards.
