Pupils will learn some German Christmas words and apply some simple reading for identification. They will then compare Christmas in Britain with Christmas in Germany and will be introduced to the song 'Stille Nacht'. (There is a recommended version of this song on youtube sung by the Thomanerchor Leipzig.)
