Components of Fitness Memory Game

These cards can be printed out and used as a memory game in lesson. Get pupils into pairs or small groups. One at a time, a pupil comes up to the card and gets 1 minute to read as much as possible, they must relay what they have seen to the rest of the group who will write it down. After all COF have been covered, pupils can steal information from other groups.

At the end of the lesson, pupils should have a definition and an example of a sports person who needs that COF.
