For differentiation choose between two sets of nutritional information: per egg or per 100g. To provide further challenge, set bathroom scales in imperial units and kitchen in metric, or vice versa. The maths is good but you need the dimensions of the eggs
Great activity. It helped motivate my students to do fraction and percentage calculations. Good way to end the term before Easter.
