I have created a pack of x20 circuit station cards which include a visual demonstration of each exercise. They include clear pictures which highlight the key working muscles along with the names of the muscles and muscle groups working whilst performing the exercise. I have included a challenge and super challenge to encourage students to push themselves, which would work particularly well within a mixed ability class.

The exercises included in the pack are listed below
Bicep Curls
Burpee
Lunge
Plank
Skipping
Squat
Tricep Dips
Wall Sit
Sit Ups
Mountain Climbers
Press Up
Jumping Jacks
Box Jumps
Box Toe Taps
Glute Bridges
High Knees
Russian Twist
Shuttle Runs
Side Plank
V Sit

Great resource - will be usable for years to come and ideal now for remote learning to help students follow and create their own workouts.

I use these for the kids I run an after school club for, well worth the small fee for the effort put into making them, kids are loving them!

These resources are great! Clearly show the exercises being demonstrated and love the fact they highlight the working muscles. The progression of exercises is great also to challenge pupils. Will be able to use these across KS3 and KS4, Thanks for sharing! Would definitely recommend to anyone with a health and fitness module or to manage large groups for an indoor activity.

Very good resource at a very good price. Clear and consistent diagrams with start and finish points for pupils to follow. Clear progressions for challenging further and a good link with GCSE PE / BTEC Sport with muscle identification.
Only thing I would change would be to add a regression for those pupils who may struggle with some exercises, such as press-ups, having a kneeling option written down, but this is something I can alter on my copies of the document.
Thank you!
