EYFS objective-led planning sheet

For making my observations more objective-led. Can be used for a group, or rows added for the whole class. Can be used for any of the areas / aspects, and for as many objectives as needed, and with or without a specific activity. Also space to note observations, characteristics of effective learning, next steps and interests. Will probably use throughout a week, initially observing an activity then in CI play. Example shows the sort of things I'll write but use it until September, so please comment on any obvious defects or why it might not work in practice. Thanks

As an NQT who isn't EYFS trained this is a superb help, thank you! The only thing I'm unclear on (and apologies if this is due to my lack of training) is that I thought the DM statements weren't to be viewed as a linear progression so I'm not sure about completing 'next steps' as the next DM statement?? Any advice would be appreciated as I may have misunderstood.
