Food and prices Italian group game

Students have learnt prices and food vocabulary. Students will work in groups (three or four is best). Cut the request slips up and turn over. Put the betting board in the centre. Students will need a betting chip. One student picks up a request slip and reads out ('vorrei una trancia di torta&'). The other students guess how much it will cost and place their chip on the board. The first student reveals the answer (in brackets below request) and the closest answer wins. As the game progresses, students can remember/work out the answers. Students take in turns to be the reader.
