Construct: Pupils brainstorm about diseases and how we can classify them.
Apply: Pupils complete a table to compare diseases caused by viruses,bacteria, fungi and protoctista.
Plenary: Pupils circulate the room asking each other questions.
Extension: Card sort of pathogens - 2 viruses, 2 bacteria, 2 fungi, 2 protoctista.
