    A more up to date version would focus on the five food groups of the healthy eating plate - fruit and vegetables, carbohydrates, fats, proteins and dairy foods. This helps pupils to see how they can access the nutrients in their daily diets. We use this in food technology. I would also include the governments eight guidelines to a healthier diet.

    Great for sharing your resource......but, as mentioned....check spelling. Is energy "used to make membranes"?

    It is a shame that the spelling can't be corrected. I wouldn't have fish down as a food rich in fat.
