This is great and I plan to use it on display. You may consider making a few changes however- Firstly your image on the first page is of a menorah and not one used during Hanukkah. In addition to this, you may want to further the distinction by calling it either the Hanukkah menorah or Hannukiyah. Secondly... You may like to change your BC in the Passover section to BCE (Before Common Era). It's a common mistake to make (I still do it), but you should only really use BC and AD when referring to Christianity.
