Following teaching children about the different types of animal diets, this is a really fun and interactive lesson which provides lots of opportunities for the children to engage, explore, make observations and work scientifically! This resource includes a simple lesson powerpoint, a recording table for the investigation of poo, and an animal poo recipe! There are also types of poo photos ready to print out, they will be displayed at each ‘poo station’ as the children move around the carousel observing the types of poo.
