This KS5 French listening exercise is ideal for Le Patrimoine unit. ’ Dijon, une ville fière de son patrimoine’, takes the listener on a visit to the capital of Burgundy and the home of the Dukes of Burgundy. Steeped in history and full of examples of different architechtural styles from many of the main periods of the past millenium, the centre of the town has been registered as a UNESCO world heritage site since July 2015.

Accompanying the YouTube video this resources includes a full transcript of the audio, a sheet of key words and a set of questions with answers.
