I have started to use these as a method of assessing progress at the end of a lesson. Students need to fill in all six sections: one thing they already knew; two questions they would still like to ask; three things that they have learnt. I have found it beneficial to adapt this template with the subject matter and print off to give out rather than get the students to copy out.
