A leaf and a flower which can be cut out and used to help with breathing exercises when practicing mindfulness.
Provide these already cut out and laminated or ask your students to cut them out.

The exercise: hold a leaf in one hand and a flower in the other. Breathe in and smell the flower, pause, breathe out and blow the leaf. This can help children to control their breathing when practicing mindfulness.
