At first glance this appeared to be a well presented and professional resource, it didn't take long to find a series of errors and niggles within this; before I continue I'll add here that I was mainly looking through the P6 unit.
Firstly there were spelling mistakes; has anyone heard of Urnaiun235?
Throughout this resource sentences include question marks unnecessarily, here are two examples:
First activity:
Think of three elements that are radioactive for example Urnaiun235 ?
Why are some elements radioactive ? Write what you think ?
Further annoyance is caused by the fact that most slides have far too much information on them for the standard GCSE pupil to be willing to digest and some pictures are squashed and illegible without re-editing; also lists of 'radioactive' elements are given but this doesn't specifically say the isotope of the element. Pupils will undoubtedly read this as carbon (for instance) being radioactive. Without explanation this is misleading.

I'm disappointed (can you tell?) but not at the author of these PowerPoints. I've seen plenty of resources on the TES which need editing and it'll be unreasonable for me as a teacher to not expect to read through before using the resources, however for these slides (which I doubt I'll use now) I've paid 10 pounds for. Surely someone is monitoring and proof reading these resources before they're published and sold through this website?
