PPT developed on request of my yr6 for their last lesson before half term. I teach French but do the occasional dip into other language - I think it's important for them to have a wider view, especially as there are quite a few pupils with a different mother tongue.
Material is very straightforward, main ingredients for batter and (more or less) traditional fillings. I left language families together, can be put in any order though. Tried to show them the link between Greek and Russian and threw in Enjera as a completely different idea. Quick slide on recognition, and a few 'Guten Appetits' to finish. Went down well!!
PS Updated version, hopefully with all typos and mistakes gone.
