This is a Powerpoint I created fo a low ability Yr4 Numeracy group. Worked well with them, and helped them to understand perimeter better :-)

A nice easy resource visually, but the triangle perimeter is incorrect. The diagonal lengths are not the same as the straight lengths. Pythagoras theorem would be needed, although that's a little advanced obviously.
