Dr Jenni Nuttall provides a resource for students preparing for AQA’s LITA3 Reading for Meaning (Love through the Ages) exam. It is designed to help students extend their wider reading to include late medieval and early Tudor love poetry. This is a two-page handout focusing on a poem by Sir Thomas Wyatt. The handout has text, translation, context, notes on different types of writing about love, and questions about content and language for students to think about, all of which can be used as a basis for classroom discussion.
