I have created ‘SEND in my subject’ documents for P.E, music, art, DT, geography, history, science, computing, languages (mfl), RE, and RSHE. These have the 4 areas of need with how needs may present in each subject and the provisions/support ideas on how these can be addressed within each curriculum subject. I also have a quality first teaching document used for maths and English - this covers the 4 main areas of SEND and a long list of what QFT/support looks like for each of those.
