The speaking & writing mark schemes for the GCSE controlled assessments, with key things in bold - I get pupils to use these for self é peer assessment of any writing or speaking work we do, not just the controlled assessments. I included these in a help booklet I give to my GCSE classes, which they keep in their books to refer to. I've uploaded pages on adjectives, verbs, connectives etc separately.
