Teachers TV: Two Successful Projects

Two primary schools demonstrate their cross-curricular approach to teaching with contrasting projects, highlighting creative opportunities within the National Curriculum, in 'Primary Cross Curriculum'.

At Ombersley Endowed First School, Years 3 and 4 have been studying rainforests, through maths, literacy, geography, ICT and science.

Heath Mount Primary, Birmingham, has gone from special measures to receiving ‘outstanding’ recommendation from Ofsted. Their themed week about Africa was influenced by parents who wanted to share their Somalian culture with the school.
