This is a powerpoint but I used it as a market place activity, printed off the copies of the various theories as per the slides and then groups co-operate to collect ideas about each theory. They then decide which one they prefer etc giving rationale. Used as a first lesson the universe.

I adapted this resource and used it as a starter activity. I printed off the slides 6 to a page and got them to read each theory and decide which one was most scientifically accurate. A good way of introducing big bang and steady state theory later on in the lesson. <br /> Thanks for this!
