This is a fully differentiated lesson looking at the poem, “War Photographer” by Carole Satyamurti. The poem looks in-depth at the role and risks of being a War Photographer and how this could affect our interpretation of the poem.

The lesson takes learners through each stanza to help them gain a good understanding to then apply to an exam-style question. In addition, there is a model response to help learners to craft their own response.

This seventeen-slide lesson has been designed to be delivered both online and face-to-face. All of my lessons have been tried and tested with my own groups; if you liked this lesson then please check out my shop for more lessons and resources uploaded each week.
