My videos are simple and effective Mindfulness tasks for everyone: involving focus; observation; thinking about thoughts; using senses and breathing. Use them as a mindful moment, brain break or transition task.

We take many routine journeys each day and week. When something becomes routine it means that we can do it without thinking so much about it. That also means we stop noticing things around us because they don’t seem new anymore. In this video I want to encourage you to take a well known journey and see if you can spot something new about it.
