At my school GCSE options subjects are taught in extended sessions ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours – this lesson was designed to be taught in a longer session, but could easily be divided up into shorter units. The focus of this lesson is on the stab in the back myth and the treaty of versailles and includes cartoon analysis and independent research exercises
