Year 6 Shrek Production/Show/Play/Musical

Myself and my Year 6 team put together a fantastic Year 6 production of Shrek and I thought others may be interested.

We split the roles between our 45 children. We had some children double/triple up on one role e.g. we had 3 different Shreks, 3 Fionas, 3 Donkeys, 2 Lord Farquaads and a narrator, as well as many other cast members.

I used the script from the original movie and adapted and cut out bits - like the dragon falling in love with the donkey. It took around 45minutes-1hour to perform.

I hope this is useful for someone. I absolutely loved doing it and would definitely do it again in the future!
