A fully editable excel spreadsheet to track interventions (attainment, aspirations and attitude), progress and parental engagement.I have left the interventions we use but you could easily add your own. The first page explains to teachers how Pupil Premium is allocated, the EEF three tier guide and the OFSTED examples of good use of Pupil Premium. I looked for something myself and couldn’t find it, so made one! We have it uploaded on the server so all staff can edit it. I have recently done the outstanding Pupil Premium strategy for OFSTED course and it looks at how PP should be spent on bridging the gaps in attainment, attitude and aspirations. This activity is a fun way to finish off the term but to keep it topical. Suggested use: in groups, half have to argue the case for an artificial tree and the other half have to argue the case for a real tree. The additional information (about Hazel etc) should help them to understand some of the reasons people make choices (i.e. not always for environmental reasons)

This is a handout I created for our IGCSE (Cambridge) students and their parents, telling them about the examination rules and procedures (some of which are set by the school and others specified by Cambridge). I don't think people tend to share this sort of thing between schools much, but it took me a very long time to create and could be a useful starting point for another exams officer.
